Project engagements

Every commission is subject to a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, fees, intellectual property, production responsibilities, approvals, cancellation and applicable law No project is confirmed until the parties agree those terms in writing

Portfolio and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s writing, identity and original materials belong to Soft Power Agency or are used with permission Client names and project materials remain the property of their respective owners and are shown solely to describe relevant experience Some work is limited by confidentiality obligations

You may share links to the website but may not reproduce, commercially exploit or present its materials as your own without written permission
